What is PDF search ?

A search engine is a program to search documents that are stored in a computer or a computer network such as such as the World Wide Web.You create a keyword index for the document-base to answer queries on keywords with a results list ordered by relevance. After entering a search term,  a search engine returns a list of references to potentially relevant documents, usually shown with a title and a short excerpt of the document. Portable document format (PDF) is a platform-independent file format for documents that the company Adobe Systems developed and published in 1993. The aim was to create a file format that can faithfully pass this regardless of the original application, the operating system or the hardware platform for electronic documents. A reader of a PDF file to the document in the form can view and print, that the author has set. Account for the typical conversion issues (such as modified page break or wrong fonts) sharing a document between different applications. In addition to text, images and graphics, a PDF can contain also helps that simplify navigation within the document. These include for example clickable table of contents and miniaturized page previews. PDF is now widely used and is used for example by many electronic magazines (E-journals). Now, there are many software products that can generate files in PDF format, if not always the full functionality of Adobe Acrobat, they offer on the market.
